2. Client Portal
We provide a secure online portal for managing your insurance requirement, uploading proof of coverage, requesting quotes, and communicating with our team. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
3. SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms
- By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive account and servicing text messages from Ingram Insurance about your insurance requirement, proof of coverage, and account — for example, notifications that you have unread messages or an outstanding task in your portal. Marketing text messages are separate and are sent only if you provide a separate marketing opt-in.
- Message frequency varies based on your account activity.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help, or contact us at (937) 741-5100.
- We do not share your mobile opt-in or phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
- Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
